Music & Wellness

Music has been proven to enhance cognitive development, memory retention, and problem-solving skills. It promotes emotional well-being, reduces stress and fosters a sense of community and collaboration among students. Music and wellness go hand in hand. We will study many different genres of music and explore many different instruments. We will also explore mindful movement and breathing. The mindful movement, breathing and music exposure will provide tools to help the children regulate emotions and create healthy habits for themselves.
